We follow strict quality control measures from farm sourcing to grading, packaging, and dispatch. All produce is carefully selected from trusted farms and packed as per international export standards. Since agricultural products are natural, minor variations in size, color, weight, or appearance may occur and shall not be considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, quantity, packaging, destination, and logistics. Final prices will be confirmed through official quotation. Payment terms, including advance payment or LC, will be mutually agreed upon before order confirmation.

5. Orders & Confirmation

All orders are considered confirmed only after written confirmation via email or official communication. Jai Worldwide Exports reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipment timelines depend on product availability, documentation, customs clearance, and logistics partners. Delays caused by weather, port congestion, customs authorities, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

7. Documentation & Compliance

The buyer is responsible for import permits, local regulations, and customs requirements of the destination country. Jai Worldwide Exports will provide standard export documents as agreed.

8. Claims & Complaints

Any quality or quantity claims must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos). Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jai Worldwide Exports shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use, shipment delays, or customs issues beyond our control.
